Fiftytwo partners with Avassa to strengthen orchestration of resilient in-store POS

Fiftytwo and edge platform provider Avassa are entering a strategic partnership. The collaboration combines our modular POS platform, 52ViKING, with the orchestration and lifecycle management capabilities of the Avassa Edge Platform. Together, we'll offer a fully managed, always-on foundation for in-store operations in diverse and distributed retail environments.

Bridging cloud control and in-store performance

At the heart of the partnership is 52ViKING, our adaptable POS platform built for complex store environments with varying hardware, operating systems, and connectivity. Already running in thousands of stores, 52ViKING now takes the next step by combining its local resilience with centralized control and automation through Avassa.
