Meet the speakers
Kristian Aagaard Jørgensen
Kristian has headed the IT department at Pisiffik for 5 years and has a project management background from various consultancy companies. At Pisiffik he works closely with the business to implement strategic initiatives and new business systems, while making sure daily operations run reliably and securely. In this session, he'll share Pisiffik’s journey and challenges of building their own customer loyalty application and increasing the value of the customer experience.
Petter Auensen
Petter Auensen is Fiftytwo's solution architect with lifelong experience in grocery retail, from running stores to managing retail chains. Before joining Fiftytwo, he spent over a decade at Extenda Retail advising major grocery clients in Norway and the UK. At Fiftytwo, he focuses on how technology can strengthen customer relationships and streamline operations. In this session, he’ll share how POS systems can support loyalty, convenience, and cross-channel initiatives.
